2000 Series Heat Trace Cables

First FM Approved 25 and 30 watt per foot self-regulating heating cables!

What does this mean to the user?

  • 375°F maintain, power on versus 300°F
  • Increased power at elevated temperatures
  • More power per foot at elevated temperatures to better insure process temperature maintenance in higher heat loss environments
  • For typical pipe steam cleaning (< 375°F steam) No need to de-energize the heat tracing
  • No need to de-energize the heat tracing
  • 450°F intermittent vs. 420°F
  • More heat output per foot at all temperatures
  • Applications - Freeze Protection, Large diameter pipes, High heat loss piping (extreme cold, high winds, little insulation), Walkways and freezer floors (placed in conduit embedded in concrete)

2000 series cables can be cut to length and terminated in the field, and will not overheat or burnout when overlapped.
